Just got back from this location and it was a good experience. The place was clean and everyone on the staff was friendly. Waiting was fast, they had a few people a head of me but it took no time at all to get my order. I got 2 boxes of donuts for the people I work with and they all tasted moist and good. None were dry and they all were fresh tasting. Over all a great first impression from this location.

Note to self: use the drive thru in the mornings. as much as how the drive thru can become very packed (due the poor layout of the drive thru/parking lot) ..I would highly recommend using the drive thru in the mornings. as much as I like this DD location.. they really do need to prioritize the customers waiting in the front register area instead of the drive thru. 2 registers open for customers in the morning instead of one. waiting 20 minutes for an iced coffee when in line is not a good thing.

Standard Dunkin Donuts fare. However, the service we just received was SO SLOW. We would have left, but another girl took our coffee order as soon as we walked in the door. There was only 2 people ahead of us..... there was only one person at the cash register grabbing donuts and cashing people out. If you're in a rush, this is not the place.

First off let me say that I am at Dunkin' Donuts fan. I grew up on Dunkin' Donuts, my whole family grew up on Dunkin' Donuts, they've been in Palm Beach County forever. In fact the last living full-service Dunkin' Donuts restaurant lives in Palm Beach County that they're getting ready to remodel. Dunkin' Donuts is especially effective at serving yummy breakfast treats as well as pushing out all types of coffee at a pretty expeditious rate. The customer service is always excellent and the people working there know me by name. When I need a quick breakfast wrap and munchkins for my kids they have me in and out quick. By all intensive purposes well done. Until my next donut dive - dine fine.

Nice Dunkin' location with a friendly, accurate and fast drive thru. I've been here way before the crack of dawn, before any other place in the area is open. Yay for coffee! Great selection of donuts and bagels, no matter what time of day....even the special seasonal selections. Staff is very friendly.

Ordered a large sweet tea, my receipt said that I ordered an unsweet tea, and when I took a sip it turned out to be iced coffee....

This review is based on the Baskin Robbins part of this business. I don't want to be too harsh with this review but feel I must for certain things that could easily have been prevented . The GOOD - the quality of the ice cream cake I ordered was great. I ordered the cake online and it was a rather easy process. I was able to pick the style, size, flavor of cake and ice cream along with what I wanted written on the cake. I picked the location I wanted, date of pickup and made payment online so that no money would be exchanged the day of pickup. Now, as far as the business goes...I have a few issues .... 1) I tried calling several days before date of pickup to follow up and make sure they received my order because I'm paranoid like that . Plus because this cake was for my husband's 40th birthday. What business, in this day and age, does not have call waiting or a voice mailbox??! I called at a random time in the afternoon and kept getting an immediate busy signal. Very frustrating so I tried later that night. AGAIN, with the busy signal! What gives? Did someone put the phone off the hook or is someone chatting it up ?? I decided to trust that everything would be ok ... 2) The day of pickup, I called extra early and , surprise surprise, someone picked up! I wanted to verify all was fine and that the cake was there. The girl who answered confirmed that my cake was there and all was good. Fast forward to later that day and I arrive to pick up my cake. The young kid working gets my information and looks back there to find my cake , comes back to tell me he can't find it. I again give him my name and what it should say on the cake. He goes back there again , comes back with same schpiel(spelling?). At this point, I'm about to have a mini heart attack and am ANGRY. That was the point of me calling earlier that morning. I had even left work early just to pick up the cake. He goes back there several times - I almost wanted to go back there to see if he was READING the boxes correctly. Anyways, he comes back up with a cake and thank goodness, that was it! If he took the time to read the box he would've seen my name in bold. Would've saved me that elevated blood pressure ! !! Anyways, great cake and product but service is lacking considerably. Don't think I'll be ordering from this location ever again!

The order was incomplete and the coffee was close to being hot water. I must use a cane to walk and then it is extremely painful, so I didn't check the order because I was attempting to carry a dozen donuts, a sandwich and an extra large coffee. I attempted to complete their survey to let them know about the problems, but the program timed out half way through 3 times before I gave up. The portion of the survey software I did get through was poorly designed indicating an inept IT and software contractor. I was a national level Program Manager overseeing hardware, programming and database analysis for one of the largest employers in the nation, so my statement of ineptitude comes from years of experience.

Refusing to join the cult that is Starbucks, this Dunkin Donuts location has become my "go to" for early mornings when I need a little help waking up. I have never actually walked inside as the drive thru line moves extremely fast. The staff is friendly and is usually quite cheery for being up so damn early. Breakfast bagel sandwiches are decent, donuts are great which goes without saying, and the coffee always gives me that extra boost when I need it. Forget Starbucks, Dunkin is where it's at.
